This isn't the first time Boehner has spoken out against so-called "net neutrality" regulations – 73wire.com says Boehner and GOP Whip Eric Cantor (R-VA) sent a letter to the president last fall urging him to prevent the FCC from "imposing harmful regulations that will delay economic recovery and deprive Americans of faster, more sophisticated broadband services."
